Umb fog doesn't have any actual effect on lines of sight, it simply changes the color of the screen to obstruct the player's vision. a prime example of this is that heros without flashlights, and without any light sources near them of any kind, can still fire at full range. --Lenglon 21:51, 21 January 2010 (PST)
